Summary: The resort is beautiful and spotless. Every single staff member was very friendly and helpful. They appear to really like their jobs. We truly appreciated having our own "butler" in the beachside junior suite, building 59.

Summary: The property is really big (bring your walking shoes) with many different types of accomodations. Beachside just means you are kind of near the beach. Not worth the etxra spend, in my opinion. I booked through hotels.com and got a surprise when I arrived, a friendly concierge duo in building 59. Cielo and David were there to answer any questions, help with last minute reservations at restaurants, etc. 10/10 accomodating and friendly service all around, from all staff! Lots of local wildlife, while we are instructed NOT to feed them, there are those who chose to defy. These animals are now emboldened to approach you as you dine in the outdoor spaces during the day. That said, the place is beautiful and Id reccomend to persons who enjoy being surrounded by nature and wildlife!

Summary: They treated me very kindly, everything was perfect from check in to check out. There was a few issues in my room, but they were quick to resolve it and offer another room. The only thing I can complain about, is the food was not as good as I would hope. Other than that amazing experience.

Summary: The hotel has a terrible smell from the seaweed. It was dirty by our villa, dirt, mud, horrible stench. The buffet had very limited options daily. We were eating the same thing every day, and could not make reservations at specialty restaurants because they were reserved. The worst part, was the beds. Bedsheets were moist and dirty, the mattresses were VERY uncomfortable and felt like your heads sink inwards. Nothing going on nightly except in colonial and Kantenah. We should’ve stayed at Colonial or family selection. Overall, would definitely not return.

Summary: First time at an all-inclusive. Spent the first half of the trip in a boutique hotel. The food was amazing. Came to the Grand Palladium, which is all-inclusive, and the food was okay. Drinks were poured light. You could find some great food at the variety of restaurants they have, but overall, it was just okay. Seems like a great place to bring kids. Seems like the whole theme was centered around food.

Summary: We were upgraded to VIP status and had 2 conciegre/butlers assigned to us. They took care of anything we needed, from dinner reservations to golf cart transportation, to shows/entertainment. Everythinf was all inclusive and the food was delicious. Every night after sinner, we would find some dessert or pastry in our room. On the last night, chocolate covered strawberries with a note from our conciegres. The only thing I didn't like was we had to sit through a 1.5 hour sales pitch (like a timeshare) that we were not interested in buying. Other than that, amazing experience!

Summary: Property was very clean, all staff was very attentive, exceeding expectations, helped us coordinate cars to activities and airports without asking first, to nearby towns, shuttling around the resort, and gave honest advice and guidance for visiting local places. Only complain is almost every bar closes at 5-6pm, thought this was interesting for an all inclusive resort. The pool and public areas become a ghost town in the early evening, was not expecting this vibe. The only bars open late are in the hotel lobby’s.
