Summary: Just got back from my trip there, was there for 7 days I had a great time, for someone who travels a lot and had many experiences..this resort was top notch and specifically David the concierge from Building 59 he’s the best!! Did not have to go to reception for anything..

Summary: Alessandra was such a great help. She was so attentive and made our trip much easier. She was the highlight of our trip . Everyone from the cleaners, maintenance guys, chefs, hosts , were all so kind and on top of things. The property itself is beautiful and has many cool wild life that just hung around. The TRS experience is definitely the best as far as what we were looking for. Top notch property, top notch staff. I am always looking for something to critique but in this case , I couldn’t find one thing. 11/10

Summary: The resort is nice and spread out. Service is hit and miss. We had excellent seafood and mediocre steaks. In general, decent food at buffets, Argentina, French, Seafood restaurant. Thai restaurant was bad! I lost a nice thermist at Playa beach, family section. I have been to at least 15 resorts in Quintana Roo and this is the first time I lost an item. I requested for a camera review but people at concierge desk don't seem to care. They never get back to me.

Summary: Upgraded stay to VIP guest in TRS Yucatán because of my Expedia membership and it’s absolutely phenomenal experience. Love the food, drinks, night entertainments and unbelievable service by staff. Been to Cancun and Riviera Maya 5x. The attention to details by staff here to make your stay unforgettable one is unmatched! We love this place!!!
