Summary: Super friendly staff. Always willing to assist us in any way. From Carlos making our check-in smooth to the Bar staff notably Nicole and Jay. I don't have the support staffs names but they were on top of making sure our needs were met!!! Kudos to the Valet team as well. Worth every $ we tipped them. Always smiling and lots of good energy.

Summary: Mixed Experience – Beautiful Views, but Check-In Needs Work The check-in process was honestly terrible — there was always a line, and the system really needs improvement. That said, Luke was extremely helpful once I was finally assisted, and I appreciated his professionalism. I loved my room, especially the gorgeous view and wraparound deck. Falling asleep to the lights across the bay and watching ships leave was magical. Waking up to the most amazing sunrise made the stay feel special. However, I did find a roach in the room, which was disappointing. On top of that, my room key didn’t work, and instead of resolving the issue quickly, I was told I’d have to get back in the same long line again — frustrating. The staff in general didn’t come across as very friendly, which made the overall experience feel less welcoming. This place has a lot of potential because of the setting, but they really need to improve the check-in process and staff attentiveness to make the stay as great as the views.

Summary: We were supposed to be in a room with a King bed- we paid for it! The bed was a Queen. It was too late in the evening to make any changes. The property has some pretty views- but it is tired! The staff, however, was great!

Summary: The location is excellent next to 3 beaches and on the waterfront with a spacious view there is a lovely Japanese garden adjacent to the hotel. The main problem is the valet parking is slow. They need to hire more parking attendants. We stayed for 3 nights and each time we waited 10-15 minutes in the car line to drop the car off for valet parking. There are two lanes in front of the hotel in the circular driveway. They could use one for people unloading luggage and the other for valet parking. The we’re using both lanes for both purposes and that slowed down people who already were checked in and just wanted to drop off the car. This is the worst. A let experience I’ve ever had.
