Positive: The location was excellent in respect of Dorga Ziarat as well as the up-end shopping malls. The breakfast was decent. Could add corn flakes & milk as well as pancakes for children appetite.

Negative: Bathroom door opening directly across the bed, service people along with their trolleys using the guest lifts and use of loud speakers in the vicinity perhaps for waz mahfil.

Summary: Convenient though falls short of expected luxury.

Positive: Very clean and comfortable rooms. The staff was extraordinarily friendly and helpful. We stayed here during a very difficult political situation in the country (quota movement protests, curfew and internet shutdown), but felt in good hands there. They made great efforts to ensure our safety and to make us having a great time in the city in spite of the difficult circumstances. Besides, there is a very good restaurant inside the hotel building, which also serves delicious breakfast. We hope to have the chance to come back!
