Positive: The room is very spacious and comfortable with good lighting.

Negative: The staff was not helpful. We asked the guy at the front desk (No conceirge) to help with restaurant reservation on Oct 9 morning. He was not friendly, he dialed the restaurant # and past the phone to me and said you can talk to them yourself. He was playing on his phone half the time. Also, there is a foreign exchange rate board at the front desk,. Im expecting them to have the m9ney exchange service but the same staff didnt exchange for us when we asked to exchange some local currency. Very bad attitude and poor customer services.

Negative: Before we leave the hotel they prepared sandwitches for us for the long way going to marakkish

Negative: The hallway to the room smells paint and and chemicals cause headaches we have to leave the window in the room open to breathe we had tied schedule visit and did not have time to ask for change of room when we checked out I told the manager about it the carpet full dirty spots

Summary: Just not good at all I have photos of carpet but it fails to download

Positive: Good size rooms, very good breakfast, transfer arrangements well handled.

Negative: Our booking wasn’t readily found on arrival even though I had confirmed directly with hotel earlier before leaving country. Initially given room that was already occupied, subsequent room had sewerage smell and bad cigarette smell. Final room was okay, but also had cigarette smell remained after staff sprayed room.

Summary: Friendly hotel staff, good breakfast, hotel undergoing renovations and name change.
