Summary: The second day I pict up a bacteria in my stomach, OR the food was just too spicy for me. Do not know. Just in case of others had problems you should check it up. But I know, a bactera can come just from any place. I felt the hotel was clean thou.

Summary: None of the staff had much command of English which made every request and dining a little difficult. The establishment wanted us to continually pay for drinks, meals, etc instead of allowing us to charge to our rooms and staff had no idea about wine or cocktails protocols. However it is a very nice hotel.

Summary: Room itself is good. Good king size bed, clean carpets. Bathroom is dirty with the grout mostly black or brown. Cleaning is not up to mark. Check in experience was not great either

Summary: Lots of problems with this high priced hotel which made it bad value. The swimming pool closes at 7pm which is way too early. The room has only two bags of green tea....nothing else. Breakfast is stressful and crowded. Not enough tables so I had to sit in the lobby area and then trek a long way every time I needed something from the buffet. A lot of the items were not hot -baked beans cold. No table reservations makes it a chaotic unrelaxed breakfast.
