Summary: Hotel is conveniently located to my partners office. Front desk staff is very unstaff. One front desk officer attending to a long queue of check in guest. The remaining staff are hiding inside the staff office. No coordination, no teamwork, no job commitments. Very shameful.

Summary: This hotel is nowhere near where it needs to be to have this rating. There were a number of things broken, I had no hot water for my whole stay. The service was poor and the food very average. Compared to other hotels of this rating in Jakarta I think this needs to be reconsidered for its rating online.

Summary: I requested a non-smoking room, not even knowing smoking rooms still existed. As soon as we stepped onto our floor, the entire hallway reeked of cigarettes. I hoped our room would be different, but I was wrong—it smelled like an ashtray and was as hot as a sauna. We turned on the AC, but it barely worked. I asked to change rooms, and they moved us to another room on the same floor. Unfortunately, the same issues persisted: the room smelled terrible, was uncomfortably hot, and to make things worse, the bed was full of stains and hairs —absolutely disgusting. Frustrated, I demanded another room. This time, they finally gave me a clean, cold room. But after all the hassle, this was far from an enjoyable stay. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.
