Negative: overall rooms very tired, outdated. not clean we had cobwebs all over ceilings, corridor carpets are littered with stains and look really grubby. bathroom facilities outdated and quite basic something i'd expect in a 1 or 2 star not a resort hotel. No stairs to rooms, ridiculous system waiting for lifts easily lost 45 mins a day waiting fir lifts...generally not as the photos show
