Summary: Dissapointed! The first surprise was that there was no parking. You have no choice but to valet for $50 per day. This is a joke because this particular hotel is in the middle of no where! They call it Hyatt deer valley, but really its 15mins from deer valley by Jordanelle resevoir! When i think of valet, I think of downtown! Places where parking would be a problem, they simply did not use any of their footprint for parking; and we pay the price! This is the kind of place that will nickle and dime you to death! You're better off staying at one of the lodges! My biggest gripe is that the bed is very uncomfortable! It is way too soft and offers no support for your body! I'm only 180lbs, and I could only imagine a larger person trying to sleep on it. My wife and I got no sleep, constantly turning trying to ease our sore bodies. I do not recommend. I think this place is over priced and not looking out for their guest's. I will say, that the place is absolutely beautiful! Very nice pool, lobby and fitness center. They also have a restaurant and a coffee shop. I asked the mgr. When I checked in if they had coffee, and he sent me to the coffee shop in the basement, but it was closed at 5pm

Summary: The property was great. Super clean and beautful. The staff was amazing. The only thing that really sucked if your a light sleeper the beds have automatic lights at the bottom base that come on when you step down off the bed and at night if you get up to go to the bathroom it wakes everyone up because the lights turn on. If they had a switch to turn them off then it might be a great idea but not good if you are a light sleeper. Not sure I’d stay again.

Summary: Far from Park City Main Street. Elevation is low, so loses snow first. Hotel constructed right in front so loses view of slopes. Expensive. Choose somewhere else... Why bother? Far from anywhere.

Summary: The service blew me away from the second we pulled up to valet. The hotel is so clean, fresh and inviting. The views are beautiful and restaurants, fitness room and cafe are perfect! Plenty to do here with outdoor games for adults/children not to mention the beautiful pool and hot tub.
