Positive: Brilliant location for exploring the city and easy to get to and from airport. Comfortable, clean, lovely rooms and the staff could not do enough for you. Spa was excellent. Used club lounge which was brilliant too.

Negative: Could not stream Netflix or similar on TV so we’re stuck with foreign channels

Positive: Almost everything, location, staff, it was wonderful

Negative: The only thing that I think should be improved ist the coffee making situation in the room, you get two capsules for the coffee maker, and two sugars, that’s it, mine weren’t replenished on the second day, for a 5 star rated hotel I would expect to have a good coffee maker in the room, I love to have a cup of course first thing in the morning and don’t want to wait till I get to the restaurant, but that was really the only negative

Positive: The grand Hyatt exceeded all my expectations. The location was perfect, allowing easy access to all the Xmas markets and city attractions. The hotel staff were incredibly attentive, ensuring all my needs were met with warmth and professionalism. The spa was a highlight of my stay—invigorating treatments and a tranquil atmosphere made it hard to leave! As a returning guest the grand Hyatt does not disappoint and provides a blend of both luxury and comfort that will keep me coming back )
