Positive: Excellent location, close to major attractions and the Berlin Mall. The breakfast is excellent with a wide variety of options (though I’d recommend the ordered eggs be served faster). The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Right next to the Berlin Casino. We requested and received connecting rooms.
Summary: Excellent

Positive: Location was great for nearby restaurants, activites, and shopping opportunities. The concierge was helpful at anytime. The spa+pool was a great addition to the stay especially when it was the extreme heatwave in Berlin.
Negative: The air conditioning of the room could have been better. The receptionist at the spa+pool area was unpleasant for new guests which was a surprise to us.
Summary: Great place to stay, would highly recommend
