Positive: Loved staying here it was the best decision! They even gave us an early check-in, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely stay here again. Truly one of the most amazing hotel in Berlin.

Positive: The location is great. Right beside train station. goes direct to BER airport. Walking distance to lots of the sites in Berlin. The hotel room is spacious and was kept lovely and clean. The breakfast area was perfect and great selection. Concierge was very helpful. Thank you. The spa area is fab too

Negative: The hotel feels very "business" like. The lobby area isn't very "warm and welcoming" . Improvements could be made here. The breakfast choices were lovely but wouldnt have expected another charge for some items.
