Positive: This is the loveliest hotel I have ever stayed in! We have come to Łódź regularly over last seven years and have followed the renovation of this magnificent hotel. It is now of the highest standard - 5 stars! The basement spa and pool is amazing - I have never seen anything like it anywhere else. The marble and wooden staircase is both modern and yet timelessly elegant!

Negative: I actually can’t fault this hotel! It is perfect!

Summary: Łódź has worked really hard to shake off it’s industrial past but it really benefits now from it’s old-world charm

Positive: A perfect hotel. The building is a modern restoration and upgrade of a 19th-century hotel, ideally placed on Piotrkowska Street. Spacious, sleek, and elegant without being flashy. I especially liked the generous use of different stone finishes. The best spa facilities I’ve ever seen. An exceptional wet bath and swimming pool, fully clad in marble. Staff were outstanding — helpful, engaged, and genuinely kind, without the scripted corporate chatter. We felt truly cared for. And there was even a decent vegan breakfast option. Uheard of.
