Summary: The hotel was nicely situated and was clean. The lobby and bar area were vibrant and the staff very helpful. (But note that the concierge referred us to a restaurant where the staff was rude and unhelpful and were so poorly behaved that my wife and I left after an appetizer to go elsewhere). The gym was clean but had second tier equipment...was quite tiny...and should be improved.) The on-site restaurants open at 6:30 am and 9:÷0 am....and the hotel should open up their wallets and put out an urn of coffee w/milk or tea for an hour or two in the morning.

Summary: Staff were very helpful. Would have liked an early check in. Otherwise everything was excellent. Clean and comfortable. Perfect location.

Summary: Staff . I ll expect if the hotel is having staff at training they will have some supervisor helping . Or at least taking care of any questions on room billing prior to check out and not at check out on early morning . I almost missed an international flight while trying to show to the staff I had already paid for my 5 night stay. Beyond stressful and I am sure if I missed my flight the hotel would not have reimburse me even if I miss my flight due to their system or staff issues. And of course I have to be understanding which I am but again I almost missed my flights
