Positive: Breakfast was good. Watermelon was amazing. . The general staff were great! And the Panorama resturant is outstanding. Driver was excellent and kind. Really helpful. Location is good. SPA was terrific.

Negative: The hot water is brown and smells awful. The manager acted as if this was a new probem and they were surprised. Do some digging, and you realize that this is NOT a new issue. She either thought I was stupid or has no clue what she is doing. I had to really press them to make it right, which they tried to do after much protest.

Summary: Not sure if I would stay again
