Positive: This is an elegant, older spa hotel. The rooms were nice and beds were comfortable. We did not use the spa facilities, but the pool was nice. The restaurant was good. Breakfast was also very good. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Negative: The room was too warm. The a/c was not cooling well. However, we were told the next morning that we could have called them and they may have been able to change the settings. The a/c settings should have been adjusted before we checked in. The only other issue was that there was a lot of black mold all around the top "skimmer line" of the pool. It really needs attention and a good scrubbing.

Positive: Great hotel..close to the Palace. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfasts were good.

Negative: Towels for use at pool should be free for hotel guests. Ate dinner in the restaurant once which did not meet expectations.
