Positive: The hotel is stunning. Breakfast was amazing and had something for everyone! The lobby bar is one of the most impressive spaces I've ever seen and we enjoyed playing cards there eat night with our kids. The pool is gorgeous and the pool bar serves the most tasty food. The staff in every section of the hotel are utterly amazing , so friendly and accomodating and so good at what they do we have zero faults.

Negative: The one thing that we would change is the time the pool stopped serving food. While the restaurant i the hotel served the most beautiful Italian food we would have liked a later dinner by the pool with our teenagers some night.

Summary: The most beautiful hotel with wonderful staff , an amazing experience.

Positive: The Spa is amazing. Also we got a room with a big terrace and the breakfast we served there was one of the highlights of our stay.

Negative: it would have been nice to have the possibility to eat dinner outside on a terrace, the restaurant only had tables indoors.

Positive: Hotel is beautiful, however it smelled, had a mouldy smell and like wet old nursing home smell. It is old and needs renovation. Shower was extremely small and not enough shower gel. Towels were old and with holes in it. Food was very average and breakfast not very good. They re wash plastic cups as they smelled of dirty water. Plus staff were loud and in your face. A waiter was always arguing with another waiter in front of customers. Did not meet my expectations and will not return.

Negative: Very unpleasant hotel and staff at restaurant for breakfast and dinner made it uncomfortable for us.
