Summary: I would not stay here again. Whilst the building was stunning and the room we were in had been upgraded, there were so many problems. Our aircon didn’t work on the 1st night, there was excessive noise all 3 nights from outside, you could hear people talking in the next door room, their dog was barking and crying all night and then to top it off, we were charged to use the beach which it doesn’t say on hotels.com. I wouldn’t recommend for a relaxing stay

Summary: Srunnign property. Right on the sea front. Well maintained pool and garden. I opted for half board. Worth it, the food was outstanding. Staff are lovely and very friendly. I didnt want to leave.

Summary: Loved Rimini, especially the downtown area. The beach was lovely and relaxing. The hotel is Grand - manage your expectations when booking an historic property. The room was small, but beautiful and well maintained. The grounds were lush and inviting.

Summary: The Hotel is surely a very lovely historical building and the position is fine. The category is supposed to be a 5star L, but this do not correspond with the reality. multiple minimal elements are not in line with the category (bedroom slippers are small, guardarobe is broken and with broken light, communicating door with next room is not isolated and you get noise, restaurant's staff don't wait for you to terminate your plate, cleaning staff are not accurate, and many more). All of these, are minor issues, but not acceptable for a 5starL.
