Positive: The manager was incredible-- offered us coffee and tea at any time of the day at no charge

Negative: The hotel was within walking distance ti central Spilimbergo, staff were very helpful and courteous. The pool was a great addition. Very clean

Positive: Friendly staff. Booking.com gave a better price than to book right away in the hotel. We booked with booking.com, but there was some kind of mistake. Hotel’s staff helped to solve the problem. Refunded us the difference right away. We booked 2 rooms. One of them has intensive chlorine smell. Hotel’s stuff moved us to another fresh room at once. They also gave us boiling water late at night for our drinks :)

Positive: Lovely hotel, nice clean pool, with plenty of choice for breakfast. The staff for absolutely amazing, they were incredibly helpful, nothing we asked was too much trouble. We can’t wait to go back !

Positive: Extremely clean! Nice location, walking distance to food and attractions.Unique style. Spacious. Great staff. Good breakfast.

Negative: The window kept popping open, I had to tie the shutter's rope to keep it closed. The shower did not drain fast, resulting in a puddle around your feet.
