Positive: The family suite was spacious , spotlessly clean and the breakfast was adequate

Negative: The surrounding area and the bar, the music was out of context. Too many groups for religion tourism etc

Negative: During my stay, after the bathroom was cleaned, I could not find some personal items that I had left there. I would suggest taking more care with guests’ belongings during cleaning in the future. Thank you!

Positive: As always we enjoyed staying in the Hotel.The staff is polite and the food in the restaurant is delicious.We are happy that the air-conditioning was working and was not that hot in the room compared the the previous stay.

Negative: It is maybe the 2nd or 3rd time that we stay in that same room and the bathroom doors are neither closing good, nor are locking so we don't find this very comfortable. During this stay we had also one extra bed in the room ( not sure why since we are two adults and one child), which made the space a bit crowded and we could not have our dinner or breakfast inside the room very comfortable. We didn't mention it because we are staying only 1 night but still maybe there was some misunderstanding about the number of the children. We will definitely going to visit again but we decide to mention those coupe of things.

Positive: The rooms are fine and the bathrooms are large.

Negative: Breakfast was included in our reservation. We asked for an extra cup of cappuccino coffee and had to pay an extra €4.4. Parking needs to be paid more €10 for a night.
