Summary: Upgraded to suite with a bottle of wine. Wine was not avaliable when i arrived. Was brought the next day. Was told I had to pay for the spa, and would be charged for it. However, the room i got included spa access. To book an appointment eith Spa services, the female party was rude. Also had to tell the front desk when I was leavinf and coming back which was an inconvenience. This was die to a "virtual parking". Was not needed
