Summary: All the employees including the cook, the receptionist and the manager were very helpful and always kind and assertive.

Summary: The hotel is an older property and a bit dated but, by Ecuadorian standards, is first rate. Plenty of hot water which is always a plus. Bedding was very comfortable. We had a room on the street side of the building, so thete was some street noise but nothing that interrupted our sleep. First rate service by front desk staff and dining room staff. Complimentary breakfast was fresh and plentiful. Bar service was very limited. We will definately stay here when we visit Loja.
