Positive: The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was good with plenty of choice. Options for the evening meal are good but expensive. The location, just 10 minutes walk from Valetta, is excellent (though there is a walk up a steep hill).

Negative: The only real disappointment was that the hotel did not provide an itemised bill at the end of the stay and I believe I may have been charge double for the breakfast vouchers I had.

Positive: Room was spacious, even the bathroom,and very clean especially the linen and towels. Staff very friendly and helpfull. Pool area fantastic,even the private beach area. Breakfast was okay.

Positive: Beautiful views of the sea, not far too walk to the town. Lovely hotel in a fantastic spot.

Negative: There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like

Positive: Great Location with Good views , its a steep walk up in to the main town but apart from that its in a good location with plenty of parking

Negative: The Hotel describes its self as a 5 star Hotel , it is not . more 3 star. The rooms are dated and the carpets have stains on them every where . The aircon in our room started leaking and it took two attempts to get it fixed. The pool area is excellant with lots of sun beds and space to sit

Positive: Initial service at checking was great Room was clean, with staff working on rooms and at main door were very polite and attentive

Negative: Lack of information about processes such as arriving for breakfast was just told to sit anywhere Waited for staff to ask inform us which they didn’t until I saw what others were being served so approached staff to ask for drinks then worked out it was help yourself from then on Private party wedding , we were not informed of this despite having planned our stay for our celebration meal at the pool side restaurant which we ended up cancelling due to music etc at the hotels other restaurant next door we ended u cancelling and eating away from hotel
