Negative: The staff didn't really understand my concerns about the extra charges they wanted to apply. Or maybe they understood just completely ignored them. We had lengthy back-and-forth communication with many people involved with no actual result. Partially I don't mind the extra cost but I found their approach and communication really ignorant and not constructive at all sometimes even ambiguous (one said something, the other colleague said something else). I felt misinformed and ignored.

Summary: (+) The hotel provides what it describes. (-) The reception didn't manage my concerns properly.

Positive: Everything was great. Big, clean room. Breakfast and dinner are excelent. Entry to the pool is included in the price. Children's playground right in the hotel and most importantly, helpful and nice staff. Thank you for your help.

Positive: Location. Direct access to the wellness facilities, although outside the hotel. The rooms are modern, comfortable and well soundproofed, with orthopedic mattresses, which is a big plus. A nice bonus was the availability of large and comfortable pillows in sufficient quantity for a restful sleep. Very friendly staff. Exemplary cleanliness, free parking in the hotel basement.

Positive: New modern hotel, great kids area free entry to aquapark that is close to hotel Cuisine was also very tasty

Negative: hotel wellnes is not free for guest, adults only our room was not available on time, 30 min late Overall we were very satisfied and would recommend it
