Negative: we book the hotel restaurant but we where located in noisy area , we ask for the main restaurant area but we got astonishing answer it is reserved for more important !!!! people ???

Positive: Absolutely fantastic place. The spa is mega and the overall vibe and feel is very special. Food was mega and the staff very helpful and professional. Rooms were huge and the decor was perfect. 100% recommend and I will be returning in 2025 for sure!

Negative: Parking was good and there was plenty of space, although the car park is broken in to 3 or 4 sections. The charge for the spa access was a bit steep but it is exceptional. Gym is a bit small with only 2-3 newer resistance machines and 4-5 pieces of cardio equipment.

Summary: Fantastic. Staff very friendly and professional, rooms beautiful, spa is amazing and food is mega!

Negative: 5 star hotel but couldn't drive up to reception, worse was no concierge to help with bags from the car park. Paper coffee cups in the room,,, really.

Positive: We had some kind of suite, that was comfortable to use, but room decoration is poor. The SPA facilities are good and enjoyable.

Negative: Location is not that good referring to the major sites to visit in Aosta Valley. The service is defiantly the weak point of the hotel: - we reported twice to the reception that there is a leaking of water in the toilet, and the water boiler is not working - but unfortunately no repaired done. - The stuff of the restaurant in the dinner will not let you in although there is a free tablet. The breakfast is poor at it relating to vegetables and selection of white cheese and other product.
