Summary: The room was clean, staff nice. I just wish they freshened up the room while I was there, it's never done now, I miss the old days when the bed was made every day of your stay.

Summary: There was very little hot water in the morning shower. Pillows were very small but mostly it was good. Wish it was connected to the casino tho.

Summary: No info about anything in the area in the room. Literally only half the channels if that had sound on the tv and the kid channels did not have sound. Very hard when traveling with kids

Summary: No sound on most television channels. Desk said it a problem with their television provider. No hot water evening of stay but had warm water this morning. Everything else was good. Shuttle service to casino was good but ends too early which is not the hotels fault.

Summary: Furniture in room was very worn and bed mattress was worn out. Room had a smell and some dusty areas. Shower ran out of hot water during a second shower. Room was a nice size and bathroom was very roomy. Staff were very friendly. Parking was very close and convenient.
