Positive: The hotel is ideally located and the hall is beautiful. There’s always a good fresh small in the entrance hall.

Negative: It doesn’t smell good in the rooms. My window was facing a huge concrete wall so there was no natural light coming in. It was dark in the room even during the day. Communication was’t easy with the restaurant’s staff.

Positive: The staff is warm and helpful.Our room was big, comfortable and well appointed. The inroom dining service was very good and the dishes were very well cooked.

Positive: We stayed here 2-3 times previous to this visit and were amazed by the high standard of renovation & decoration.our room was as good as it gets without unnecessary equipment, such as a bath! Only 1x negative was the restaurant which had a massive menu(something very offputting about these huge menus) only to find a lot on offer was not avaiable. My gobi achari was tired although tasty! We would reccomend and we would return.
