Summary: This was a pleasant hotel. It wasn’t fancy, but it met my needs. The staff were pleasant. The price was reasonable. The bed was a little over firm. The daily breakfast buffet was decent. There was fresh fruit, and an omelette station.

Summary: Helpful staff, accommodated a late check in which was appreciated. I had informed hotel ahead of this. Stayed in the ambassador suite. Looks amazing in pictures. In reality - it’s tired, old and dirty. Carpet terribly stained, shower leaked so bad that it flooded the bathroom. Bed was uncomfortable. Pool area on roof, small and would get busy if one family used it! And despite being pictured, no fruit in fruit bowl - just an empty bowl on arrival. In its day the room would have been superb, but that day has long gone. Breakfast was middle range, and would be tiresome if staying for more than 1 night.
