Positive: The location was great, and everything seemed very new, fresh, and clean. We particularly enjoyed the pool and hot tub area, with the adjacent patios looking out on Cloudcroft's scenery. Staff was also very friendly and informative.
Negative: Our room was directly above the spa / hot tub area, which meant it was rather loud, and never felt particularly cool no matter what we did with the air conditioning. Between the noise and the temperature / humidity caused by the pool area it made it difficult to sleep.
Summary: Overall a great place to stay, but be careful selecting the placement of room.

Positive: I thought it was super cute new was giving bnb vibes but hotel. Loved the biscuits and gravy!!!
Negative: Walls were super thin so you could hear everything. Breakfast was weird only one person in the kitchen and not your normal continental breakfast!
