It is our pleasure to introduce you to our 2-bedroom "Grand Chateau" unit. This unit designed in unique French-Renaissance style is sure to enchant and mesmerize you!!! Staying here will make you feel royal and our comfortable amenities will ensure you have a pleasant and relaxing experience.

The space
This is a private unit with private backyard entrance and direct pool access, you will find:
- Separate, very welcoming living area
- Full kitchen equipped with a microwave, fridge, coffeemaker, toaster, electric kettle, family size dining table and very comfortable dining chairs
- 2 spacious bedrooms, both with KING SIZE beds
- Full bathroom with brand new full size soaking bath
Unit is recently remodeled and upgraded and has a wonderful, fresh, cozy feeling. There are more units on the property but all of them are totally separated from each other, they are well insulated and all of them have their own private entrances. We provide all things our guests might need, do our best to make sure that everyone gets as much privacy as possible and that our guests are comfortable throughout their stay.
No matter if you are traveling for business purposes or just exploring the area, we are sure you will be very satisfied with your stay.
We do not provide any personal AC controller inside the unit. There is central AC for the
whole house controlled online by host; it is set up for 71(21.5 C) degree for summer time and 69 (20.5 C) degree for winter time.
In the hottest days it might be a little bit higher because there is a limit to how much an air conditioner can realistically cool when comparing temperature differences between inside and outside air.
If you get hot, please use ceiling fan.
If you get cold, in summer time you can open windows, or put on electric fireplace in winter time.
If you are not comfortable with this, please, do not book it.

Summary: The place was more beautiful than the pictures! Very private even with the other units. Beds are comfy and all rooms are very spacious. It was a very quiet area. Never heard a car or neighbors or any noise! We enjoyed the pool and pool area. Lots of room to lounge and swim. The pool is not heated but it was very refreshing. There is one bathroom but very big. Had everything you need. Shampoo, body wash, Qtips and lots of fresh towels and pool towels! Kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed. There were even two cold bottled waters in the fridge when we arrived. So wonderful after traveling. The place was also spotless! Really appreciated that! The host and cohost were. The host and cohost were very responsive and kind. I would definitely stay here again!

Summary: So first of all, the bathroom wasn’t located close to the master bedroom. There’s no safety bars for easy access to the shower/bath. The flimsy throw rugs in the bedroom are not secured and a person can trip and fal. The living room furniture is awfully uncomfortable and worn!

Summary: The place is beautiful and comfortable but there are a couple quirks. The shower drifts from warm to hot and back again, there are very few TV options, and you have no control of the temperature. But otherwise it is a very nice place to stay.

Summary: We stayed at the Grand Château 2-bedroom unit with pool access from Thursday, May 23 through Monday, May 27, 2024 and VERY MUCH enjoyed our stay. The unit was perfect for us with plenty of room to relax with our adult son who lives nearby when he stopped by for visits, a nice kitchen area with all the appliances we needed and more (since we took our son out for most meals), breakfast nook with plenty of room to seat 6 people, and a VERY comfortable bed in the large Master Bedroom. The bed in the ample-sized 2nd bedroom (with a view of the pool deck) was likely just as comfortable, but we did not use that room since our son returned home each night of our visit. The bathroom was also well-supplied with shampoo, body wash and even Q tips, and large enough for both of us to shower and get ready for the day each morning. And last but certainly not least, the owner/host was very quick to reply to all of our messages before, during and after our stay. Access information was clear and concise and much appreciated given that our flight arrived from the east coast after midnight and we did not want to bother anyone when we checked in. We will look forward to staying here again the next time we visit our son.

Summary: This is the second time I have stayed here and I was just as happy. Ease of check-in and check-out. Communication with owner is easy. Easy access to anything we needed. The only thing we didn’t have was Kleenex and the spout on the kitchen soap dispenser kept falling off. Otherwise perfectly happy. Thank you!
