Positive: This hotel was absolutely stunning. Amazing first class service and wonderful staff. We loved how quiet and private our room was. Stepping outside and literally hearing birds and being able to see stars at night was amazing. The room and the bathtub are spacious and comfortable. The meals are local cuisine and tasted amazing. This is one of the best experiences Ive ever had at a hotel. The staff was able to check our reservations to the Hello Kitty Show Box as well which was very kind. Thank you very much!

Negative: Since the room is a yurt it can be very sunny in the morning. The hotel provided a eye mask though.

Positive: I booked the Naruto hotel room for my girlfriend's birthday. I knew what to expect in terms of the room, included goodies, and space. However this property blew me away in terms of the luxury, service, and food. I was not expecting the 5 star dinner and breakfast that were included with the stay. I also didn't realize that I would fall in love with the heated floors. The bath was amazing. Though the price was steep it truly was a luxury experience.

Negative: The check in process took quite a while and they seemed a little understaffed but our staff was very friendly.

Positive: The hotel was surprisingly luxurious for being in the middle of an anime theme park. The wood bath was absolutely beautiful and you get a lot of amenities for booking with them, such as complimentary tickets to the night walk at the park and the fanciest breakfast and dinner we had in all of Japan. We stayed in the Hello Kitty room which was absolutely adorable and it accommodated all 4 of us perfectly. We loved sitting out on the deck in the morning. This place was like a spa!

Negative: The main complaint we had was that we got dropped off by bus at the main entrance and thus had to walk uphill for like half an hour to get to the information desk where we could get picked up by the hotel van. By the end of it, we were feeling pretty hagard. Just know that if you're taking a bus to the island, definitely get one that drops you off at Parking Lot F where the hotel van can get you directly. We didn't have a phone plan so our ability to contact the hotel was pretty limited.
