Summary: Spacious, private and comfortable property. The surroundings are amazing!! Excellent place to just disconnect and relax enjoying nature. The amenities are great. Overall a great place. Only negative is that I wish the communication with the property owner or manager was better but not biggie I will still rent it soon

Summary: This rustic property feels very secure and is in a convenient and mostly quiet location. The pool was lovely. There’s also a large grassy are on the other side of the house. Short drives to groceries, great restaurants, beach and El Yunque. We enjoyed the river access though be advised it is a very steep and not completely landscaped path to sit down at it. The house was clean and spacious.

Summary: Wonderful for nature lovers. Abundant birds songs in the morning and frogs chirping at night. The pool was very clean and was routinely serviced on our first day. Walk to river is for experienced hikers as it is steep and rocky. Nice once you get to river. Inside the property the open air kitchen was clean and well equipped. Beds were comfortable and towels and bedding smelled freshly laundered. The living and bedrooms need updating. Several of the windows were missing screens, one had a wood plank covering broken glass. Inside living room furniture not comfortable to sit on. Fortunately the weather was perfect so we did not spend much time inside. Entering and exiting the house includes multiple steep stairways, not great for those unstable or with mobility issues. Also had to exit the front door, and descend stairs to get to pool and outside concrete is cracked requiring shoes to walk to pool. Multiple outdoor decks pleasant but not enough seating for all.

Summary: What a great place to celebrate your 50th. Place was incredible. Great views, access to your own private river, with a pool table and pool to keep kids entertained. Host was quick to respond. ABSOLUTLEY coming back.

Summary: Beautiful home with tons of space! Very clean and secure and loved the pool and outdoor space! Gorgeous views (and sounds) of the river. Had everything we needed including lots of towels and kitchen supplies. The windows that opened from the kitchen overlooking the river was one of our favorite parts. Not too much trouble at all to find and a great location not too far from a grocery store and pharmacy but definitely private and serene and a quick ride to Luquillo beach. We loved our stay here and would absolutely book here again!
