Positive: Large apartment in a central location close to the shops and train station.

Negative: A single bed is broken in the middle (in the room with the double bed). The bathroom needs a shower curtain fitting and smells of mould. The window blind in room with single and double beds is thin and does not keep out sunlight in the morning. The kitchen counter surface is old and worn. The microwave inside was not cleaned by the cleaning lady, and overall the apartment is expensive.

Positive: Large Apartment with 3 bedrooms, large kitchen, well equipped. Central but quiet location at pedestrian zone, grocery supermarket across the street, 10 mins walk from train station.

Negative: All good, furniture a bit old (eg some chairs not in best condition). But not a problem for us & advantages of central location and large apartment size outweigh that.

Positive: The location is excellent. It is in the center of Brno's old town, close to the supermarket and everything else. The kitchen is very big and the whole apartment is great for families.

Negative: The bathroom doesn't have a shower curtain, and the water sprays everywhere. The key box is not next to the apartment.
