Summary: The group had a fantastic stay. The pool and the pool table were the main attraction. The property was very spacious and clean. Everyone had so much fun. Leanne is a wonderful host.

Summary: Great house.

Summary: The pool was amazing, and hard to get the kids out of it. But the games room, library, and theatre room were also favorite destinations. The local camp store made for easy supply runs but we also visited nearby Cochrane and Ghost Lake for family fun. A wonderful family holiday - only suggestion is a few more forks were needed for the meals with 13.

Summary: We were one of 5 people who enjoyed a fantastic week long work retreat here. Everyone appreciated their own bedroom and ensuite, and of course the swimming pool and hot tub was enjoyed by all. While none of us have ever stayed in a castle, this must be as close as you can come! From the 2 level library, to the formal living and dining room, a well appointed kitchen, theatre room, games room, it goes on and on. Thank you Leanne for being a great host! We appreciated the easy check in and check out process, and you were always easy to reach. Hopefully we will return soon!CheersBarry

Summary: Great space for our family gathering. Lots to do and space is clean for how big it is. Would love to stay again!

Summary: The property was pretty amazing and perfect for our family of 6 adults and 3 children ranged 8-13 years old. Possibly could use a little improvement on some furniture and seating on the outdoor decks. Very convenient to the National Parks as well as grocery in Cochrane. We did have a few issues that needed attention, but fortunately the property manager, Leanne, was outstanding. She was easily contacted and reacted very quickly to our needs.

Summary: Fantastic property for 15 of us to stay at.

Summary: I enjoyed my stay but the house was generally quite stuffy/dusty, especially on the basement level. In fact the basement air quality was so poor that my mother, who is generally in good health, could hardly breath. Additionally, the pool was a nice amenity except for the array of dead bugs and debris floating within. The hot tub was also a disappointment due to the scalding water (lower the water temperature entailed coordinating with the property manager which was worth the time given our short stay). Overall the stay was enjoyable albeit very disappointing for the price paid.

Summary: Ghost Lake is perfectly situated between Calgary and Banff. It’s a beautiful home with lots of property that is great for nature walks. We saw a moose, elk and lots of deer from the house. We had 14 people and plenty of room. The hot tub was difficult to keep hot. The property host was very responsive to questions and concerns. It would be great to have multiple gate openers and some extra sets of sheets, blankets, and pillows. Our family likes lots of pillows. Overall, wonderful experience. I would highly recommend.

Summary: Great size and features for a big group. Hot tub was very hot and had a hard time getting in touch to adjust it. No other complaints.
