Summary: Perfect spot to stay a few nights if you're visiting the Grand Canyon. Very clean (like brand new). Great water pressure for the showers. Great A/C. Comfortable beds. Easy instructions for check in and check out We would definitely stay here again. *Note: 1 mile dirt/rocky road to get to property, but it is easy to navigate (no hills just flat).

Summary: This place is awful!!!! Has potential, but not there! Let me list the issues: 1. Tv was broken. Part of tv didn’t work so we couldn’t watch tv! When I called the dude on the phone goes it’s ok you can see part of tv… wth???? No!!!! Then sent maintenance, they didn’t have extra tv! Never heard back. No let me give you some money back… nothing!!!! 2. When we got there the ac was off. It was hot and rooms hours to cool the place!! 3. Walls are thin!!! My boys were laughing at their tablets and neighbor that shares the tiny home came and asked it keep it down… we weren’t even loud!!! 4.the bed is soooo hard!! We barely slept! It’s like they picked the cheapest bed and said that’s good enough…. 5. No amenities and it was more expensive than a hotel. 6. There were bugs everywhere. Ants, spiders, other bugs in the bed…. 7. They have a microwave and fridge but no freeze or no silverware!!! We brought dinner and couldn’t eat it till we asked neighbor for silverware! 8. No table… mind you there isn’t much room but still my boys had to sit on the floor to eat! 9. They charge an $80 cleaning fee but then can’t you to wash the cups you use and take out trash??? Absolutely not!!!! Trash isn’t even close! This place is awful!!!! And I bet there answer that we should have told them about things before we checked out to get a refund… but we did and still nothing!!!! Don’t stay here!!!

Summary: My kids loved the tiny home aspect but there were so many moths. One of my kids caught 7 and threw them outside. We decided to turn off the lights so they would calm down. One of my other kids saw a crack in the wall where moths would come in and out of. So it was a losing battle. I got hit in the night by moths flying around. Also the shower didn’t drain. I’m guessing these issues are specific to this one tiny home, but I would think twice about reserving another one in the future.

Summary: House was very clean and excellently maintained. Property was easy and straightforward to find and everything worked perfectly. Definitely would stay again if I’m in town!

Summary: These tiny homes are new and clean and are a great place to stay within a half hour of the South Rim entrance. There is no staff or amenities, so not sure how to review that. Be aware that the location is remote, unlit dirt roads. Satellite connection is sketchy at best. ****Be certain you have received the door lock code before you leave the closest city. Arrive in daylight if possible, so you become familiar with the turns. Check the parking area for glass. We found a lot. Would not want to have a flat out there.
