Positive: The kitchen was remodeled and nice with the dining room attached and a TV on the wall you could easily see at the table.

Negative: The half bath downstairs had a basin about as big as a loaf of bread. To wash your face water drains off your elbows to create a puddle. The picture on the wall as you enter the house fell off the second we walked in. The nail behind it indicated that the hole was too big and probably has fallen off a lot. 2 of the rooms were ok. All the twin beds need new mattresses or at least more firm bases. There were TV’s in all the rooms but the 2 bedroom downstairs was on a table across the room from the bed with no electrical outlet so if you want to watch it you’ve got to move it. There were empty plastic bins in the entryway that hindered movement.

Summary: Could be a great place, needs some fixing up.
