Positive: The apartment is exactly what is pictured and was in pristine condition. Very clean and comfortable for our 4 night stay. Close to the beach, restaurants, supermarkets and 10 min walk to old town. Javier was a fantastic host with his booklet with recommendations for restaurants and pinxtos bars. Excellent communication. Would stay again as perfect apartment.

Positive: The location is excellent, 3 blocks from the beach. The flat is spacious with 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms and a large kitchen dining living room. It is on the first floor but there is a lift. The flat was clean and well appointed and had everything we needed.

Negative: There was no air conditioning, but this is normal in San Sebastian apparently. There were big fans for each room which were good.

Summary: Lovely flat in a great location.

Positive: Lovely. Traffic a little noisy but you get that in any city. The neighbours could be heard at times above.

Negative: Neighbours were a little noisy above but nothing awful . There was a sign on the plaque as we went that said tourists go home which is a shame. I can understand why locals are unhappy if tourists renting local properties for more money, but maybe there should be an effort made to remove the writing on the plaque.

Positive: Beautiful spacious apartment. It had everything you would need, even dishwaster and washing machine tablets. Great location, 10 mins from old town, 2 mins from the beach. Excellent host, very helpful and responsive to text.
