Summary: Staff was amazing - friendly and courteous. First class. Hotel beautiful, clean and conveniently located in the middle of sites, shops and restaurants. Rooftop restaurant a plus! During stay there was a huge rain storm - our room leaked and flooded. Staff immediately reassigned room and cane to mice out belongings. Highly recommend.

Summary: What an amazing experience at Gran Hotel. From the moment you step in the lobby you'll be welcomed by one of the ushers that take care of guests. For us it was Isaías that showed us around and took us to our room. We had a zócalo view and the room was beautiful. We got a champagne welcome and received a bottle of wine and a custom made desert plate with our name on it written in chocolate in our room. Thank you to all of the personnel that made our stay so comfortable.

Summary: The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and historic. The service was impeccable and the location was right on the Zocalo. The only problem was that it was right on the Zocalo, though. Every night there was a light show at 8 and 9:30 that each last an hour and was very loud. It was also difficult for our taxi from the airport to get to. Because there’s a lot of shopping and events in the area it also tended to be loud until late at night. I’m glad we stayed there because it is beautiful, but I would probably stay at a different hotel next time to be away from all the noise.

Summary: One of the most beautiful hotels in CDMX. Very impressive. They are famous for the painted glass ceiling, view of the Zocalo, and impeccable customer service. When you check in, they greet you with a glass of champagne. Upon entry to your room, they have an assortment of chocolates on a plate with your last name written in chocolate. Everything is nearby and mostly walking distance.

Summary: The staff was amazing! The hotel was beautiful and very centrally located for many things that we had planned to do and see. We definitely hope to go back to Mexico City and stay here again!
