Positive: We loved the location, the wildlife in the mornings and evenings, the chickens. The double beds were comfy. The accommodation had everything we needed and there was nothing I could suggest making it better. It is rustic, but comfy. The open fire was an added bonus during winter, and a wheelbarrow load was delivered each day for our evening fire. The host was super friendly and had great information when visiting the zoo. I also loved the newspaper wallpaper, it was wonderful to be able to read what prices were back in 1922!

Negative: The only negative I could think of was that the bunk bed I slept in was a little hard, but I got used to it and after long days, I slept soundly.

Summary: A quiet, relaxing accommodation to rest up after a big day exploring.
