Positive: So Cozy! Bed is very comfortable and the place itself was very homey and cute. The breakfast served is top notch and made by a very talented chef. Super quiet setting and minutes to the lake ... walking.

Negative: Not the hosts fault but the lake was drained to fix the bottom from hurricane Helene so we couldn't fish....anywhere.

Positive: The host and hostess were very nice. The breakfasts were quite good since they were cooked to our individual tastes. The bed and pillows were comfortable. A drop leaf table in the room provided adequate space for when we wanted to eat in the room. The bathroom was clean and updated.

Negative: The room we booked was described as excellent and the interior was except the air conditioning unit which was installed under the sink and vanity. It was hard to get the room to a comfortable temperature and the room felt damp from humidity at times. The front door faced a driveway and brick wall. The driveway had deep ruts which was hard on our car to drive over. The gazebo in back of the property had nice seating and lots of games were provided but the seats were dirty and had dog hair on them,

Positive: Fantastic daily breakfast by Chef Richard. Local farm ingredients used in his professional culinary presentation. The private balcony and luxurious, comfortable linens on our bed. Fresh baked cookies every day. Very attentive to any of our accommodation needs.
