Positive: The accomodation

Negative: The reservation guy is impossible to contact, we went to the apartments and we tried to contact the receptionist and he didn't knew anything about the apartment. I didn't like that they charge you for asking that in the reception, they charged us for do the check out process before 10 am and the guy was late with all that money you can get a room better than this one. It also says that the room is close to the center of the city but you have to walk over 40 minutes to get there
