Positive: Cute, fun decor, floor to ceiling windows in room, auto opening curtains and door, and good location.

Negative: Staff transactional, need more staff at front desk and restaurants to reduce lines, waits and prob help staff feel happier. Mattress needs replacing, shower needs caddy/somewhere to set products.

Negative: The food was very expensive. We were woken up and kept up at 3:30 a.m. by several drunk people yelling in the hallways and then in their room which was next to ours.
