Positive: We liked the decor, the location and the cozy fireplace.

Negative: As tourists, we spent 4-6 hours out and about leaving around 10 and returning around 3:30-4. The two full days we were there our room wasn’t freshened up by the time we returned. At 4 we wanted to do some chilling not waiting for service. When we checked at the desk about the cleaning, we were told that the staff had until 5 to clean! Not acceptable. Funny, as we were leaving the room at the end of our stay at 10:30 the cleaning cart was right by our room! We stayed in 3 other properties this trip and all were cleaned when we returned 3-4. Shame on The Graduate by Hilton. They need more staff.

Positive: Beds pillows duvets absolutely fabulous. Nice big TV. Comfy decor. Plenty of space. Nice to have a little balcony.

Negative: Bedside lighting is too high up and just brightly shines down too much. Need to be lowered or small lamps on bedside. No make up mirror above the desk area. Using the bathroom means no one else can use it and the lighting in bathroom is all wrong for make up. Mirror above the desk are or a free standing mirror on the desk area would be better.

Summary: We regularly visit Cambridge for events, and visiting family. If we stay over we like coming back

Negative: Overpriced in general for facilities if staying for a short time. Food way over priced for the quality. Buffet breakfast was very poor quality, I would expect better from a Hilton when compared with high-class establishments. Room mini bar and choices extremely limited. No recognition of special occasion even when informed. Shower room cold and limited toiletries available.
