Positive: Basics were good, bed, space but need to improve on many areas. Staff were wonderful

Negative: No restaurant, repairs and renovations are still continuing, traffic noises, no bathing soaps and the usual as provided by other hotels, despite the beautiful showers and bath tub. TV doesn’t work so not ideal for long stays where you have nothing else to do. Or if it’s on, only in Chinese. The adaptors do not fit at the hotel rooms so spent money buying adaptors that fit in the hotel plugs.

Positive: Stall were great, helpful and attentive, even though I had issues with rooms. All you can do is take the Pacific View, and laugh and smile.

Negative: A new/refurbished hotel, that has a few problems, particularly with the plumbing. Had to change rooms, because of leaking toilets and second room, suffered from being at the end of the line, with poor pressure and other plumbing issues. The cheap floor in the foyer needs updating already, however, the roadwork outside does not help. It also appears that work on the façade which is old and cracked is about to commence
