Positive: Owners were very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and location was great to access Kilkenny by car. Food provided for do it yourself breakfast were wonderful. Lots of extra touches.

Negative: Shelves were covered with quirky clutter with limited space for our things.

Summary: Nice, private cottage close to Kilkenny.

Positive: Our stay at Gráisín was amazing, we felt so welcome from the minute we arrived and were so comfortable for the duration of our stay. Jo & Jim are extremely accommodating and such lovely people who truly go above and beyond to ensure you’re comfortable and have everything you need for your stay, including breakfast, water, snacks, tea & coffee! We already can’t wait to visit again, we couldn’t recommend enough ☺️

Positive: The place was an absolute gem. Spotless clean, very well equipped, spacious and just a little ride outside Kilkenny. Jo paid so much attention to details just to make us feel comfortable and just like home. The breakfast and snacks were great with many many options. however I missed a table somewhere in the room, maybe a small coffee table in front of the couch. I would definitely choose Jo's b&b if I ever visit Kilkenny again.

Negative: The only reason that didn't suit me was that the bed was too soft and didn't help with my back problem. But that was just a minor issue and personal preference

Positive: Nice host. Comfortable. Bottle of wine, cheese and crackers, cookies, candies, a bunch of breakfast stuff, coffee, tea and more. Great value because of generous host. Short drive to nice Kilkenny. The tiny house is extremely well equipped.

Positive: Warm, welcoming and friendly hosts, very obliging and kindly gave us a lift to into Kilkenny on numerous occasions. Really nice breakfast, loads of options to choose from as-well as selections of tea and coffee. Really loved the welcoming drinks, chocolate treats and the cheese platter. The property had loads to offer us during our stay and provided loads of toiletries. Loved the decor and the little positive affirmations around the room to brighten your day.

Negative: I would highly recommend this property, there is nothing I didn’t like.
