Steps away from Wyoming's beautiful gold domed capitol building, Governor's Home served as the official residence of Wyoming's governor in the 1930's and is registered in The National Register of Historic Places. The home is well preserved with original hardwood floors and vintage style throughout. The 3500 sq foot property has recently been refurnished to ensure comfort whilst retaining its vintage style offering four bed rooms and a spacious living room, dining room and a modern, well equipped kitchen. Each bedroom is complete with a SmartTV and high speed wireless internet is available throughout the property.

Summary: House is very cool historically and had everything we needed. Location was great and we were able to walk down to the Capitol Building, which is a must-see.

Summary: For our visit to the Cheyenne Botanical Center the Governor's Home was excellent. The kitchen is very well stocked. The bedrooms are spacious and beds very comfy. The living areas and dining room are very comfortable and relaxing. Though we gravitated to the front porch. A great place to hang out and chat.

Summary: We had an amazing stay with my family and friends from Florida! Very convenient ride or bike ride to Frontier Park. Walking distance to the parade, and easy to get to downtown and other hiking / nature attractions around Cheyenne. The house accommodated our large group very comfortably and everyone enjoyed it! Highly recommended!
