Negative: I don't know if this is negative, actually. The road is quite narrow but the views and landscapes are mesmerizing!

Positive: Actualy ...WE just stop on thé way. For one night. It was intersting..actualy..WE made a mistake ! Thinking WE were ..near a town...it IS in thé mountain... In thé Middle of nowhere ...i think it s a place for groups in winter . Thé man. Cooked us a meal...whis was ..soooo good ! Just increddible

Positive: As you can see on the photos, standard of the rooms is far from the modern one, although you can take it as a great Jugoslavian experience which you cannot meet often anymore. The room was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. Stuff was really helpful and breakfast was great.
Negative: Smells as there is the restaurant below and strong chemical ones from cleaning. Also there were restaurant guests and it was noisy till 1-2AM.

Positive: The hospitality is just great. We came quite late, after 22.30 at night when kitchen was already closed, but they made an exception and made a great dish for us. Also their breakfasts are very tasty, as it is environment and the atmosphere.

Positive: Everybody was extremely friendly and patient. Ed, the chef made verry delicious breakfast which was more than enough. The rooms were big and no one else was on our floor so we could enjoy that the place was only ours.
Negative: Nothing.

Positive: Good breakfast. Nice location. I really appreciated that I could leave the bike inside, in the dinning room - though the location is safe and leaving it locked somewhere outside would be OK as well.
Negative: Slovenian language uses plural forms polite addressing and singular among friends, akin to the distinctions found in French (vous/tu), German (Sie/du), Italian (lei/tu), or English (first-name-basis). Slovenians employ informal speech when conversing with friends and colleagues who agree to such familiarity. Also, individuals meeting casually, like a chance encounter between cyclists of similar age, tend to adopt informal language. This informal address can also be used when interacting with individuals much younger than oneself. Beyond that, only physical workers without strong language background would address you like this. Imagine being asked "Wann kommst du" or "Was willst du essen" (I hope this is not auto-translated to English) when dining in a German restaurant... The host consistently employed the informal form although I consistently adhered to the formal. I never experienced this anywhere before. This grew increasingly annoying; he was younger than me but I felt as being treated like a child. His intent was likely to induce a kind of familiarity and bonding, though my use of formal mode should show I didn't feel like it. In this context, all other shortcomings of the place came into a sharper view. This looks like a socialist-era building in need of refurbishment. In general nothing very wrong, but the shower cabin was old and squeaky; the water was cold, then warm after some waiting, then suddenly cold, then hot again; the cover on the wash basin sink was missing; there was some mold on the ceiling; the smell of cheap cleaning solution permeating the room... Considering the prices in the area, this place is rather cheap (that is, cheap in comparison with places closer to Soča!), so this all is to be expected.
