Summary: This was one of our best beach stays ever. The property was as described online ——clean, a well-equipped kitchen, extremely comfortable beds, and even bikes! The home is in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the beach via short trail or paved path to town. Meredith Lodging was easy to work with we will definitely be back soon!

Summary: Had a great Labor Day weekend stay here. Cozy home with a great layout. Loved the kitchen, all the spices, and the Viking range. Quick walk over the dune - on the wooden boardwalk - to the beach. Pointers as to how to improve guest satisfaction: Replace the big frying pan which has a very loose handle. The living room would benefit from a TV on the wall above the fireplace. Also, the couches are too small and uncomfortable. Suggest a L or U shaped couch.

Summary: We had a great stay for six (two young kids shared the futon)! Property was clean and comfortable. Everyone had a wonderful time. Easy walk to Pelican and dune as well as several treks to the beach. Great communication and easy arrival/departure, would recommend to anyone looking for a place in Pacific City.

Summary: House seemed dirty. No room in kitchen to put food. Had to take random kitchen stuff and move it. The cabinets were a cluster. I’m certain we left it cleaner than when we got there I would suggest getting a tv in the living room. Picking up and cleaning garage would be good
