Conveniently located on Indian River between Burt Lake and Mullett Lake, this lovely newer built home is one you do not want to miss. This gem sits on a 125' of the inland waterway! The spacious home boasts stunning custom made cabinets, and windows throughout the main level to see the beauty of Up North. Enjoy morning coffee or a peaceful night on your relaxing walk-out porch, or plan on catching a few fish right off of the dock. Plan now to make new memories in Indian River!
This home is the ideal spot for families or groups of friends any time of the year. A spacious deck and back yard leading to a large dock on the canal just off the river will provide all the relaxation and amenities you need from your home away from home.
There is a master bedroom with full bath, a second bedroom, and additional half bath on the first floor. The second floor with three bedrooms, spacious loft, and two full baths will allow plenty of space for groups. Two king size beds, three queen beds, and six twin beds will accommodate 16-18 guests.
The home also comes with three Smart TV's, wifi, full amenities in the kitchen, and a laundry room with washer and dryer. Blankets and pillows and towels and linens are included when renting the home.
There is a living Room, kitchen area seating, and kitchen island seating, as well as tables w/chairs on the deck. The gas grill is available for use May through October. A new fire pit has been added May of 2021 for use May through October.
Air conditioning is available in the summer.
No smoking or pets in the home.

Summary: Beautiful home and location but was not told house was on market to be sold and had many new upgrades and renovations that were a surprise and inconveniance new appliances/ could not use oven because it needed to be cleaned to get rid of factory treatment resin water tasted odd/bought bottled water no rear deck awning at all for shade or rain even though it shows having one no jacuzzi tub as shown. However we enjoyed the surroundings lakes and river and communities and restuarants very nice people for the price it should have been better at the house or at least explained before hand of the changes

Summary: 6 couples were very comfortable in this house. Great amenities and comfortable beds. Close to Mackinac Island and Petoskey area. The property manager was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend this house!!

Summary: This house is great for a large group. It is stocked with anything and everything you could need. The ice machine was a great addition. The location is prime and allowed us to walk into town to several of the area hang outs. Thanks so much for the wonderful family memories.

Summary: Clean, well stocked, easy check in and out. Plenty of room for a large family. Owner is very responsive to any problems one may have. Close to I-75 so you hear the traffic noise. Would rent this home again.

Summary: House was very spacious. Nice area. Friendly neighbors. Needs to stocked better with more towels and t paper. Looks like no extra care given for spring. Windows need to be washec and landscaping needs tending. Picked wrong week for fishing. Nothing on Burt or Mullet Lake.

Summary: We stayed at this property for New Year's family ski/snowboard trip. The property was well suited for our group size with plenty of beds/rooms/bathrooms. The upstairs loft was a great place for the teens to sleep and hang out. First floor family room and kitchen area was main area to gather with ample room, including the 10 chairs at kitchen table, stools at kitchen bar and the couches/chairs in family room. Big kitchen that allowed us to assembly line make homemade pizzas for new years eve. Garage area was great space to store ski/snowboard gear and extra coolers. A little ways out for skiing/snowboarding Boyne Highlands/Nubs Nob (a tad over 30 mins) but still worked as good as expected and doable. Location appears great for warm weather activities. Overall great place and will be a contender for future trips.

Summary: Perfect location and size for our family! One thing we loved was the size of the table as it fit everyone for family dinner and breakfast! Very quiet neighborhood and enjoyed the fire pit each night. Great communication with the owners as well! Highly recommend.

Summary: This was a great house. Plenty of room for a large group to spread out or hang out together. We spent lots of time on the deck. And the fire pit was nice. The house was clean and well stocked. The only down side is the noise from traffic on I 75.
