This beautiful, newly remodeled home has spectacular views from every floor-to-ceiling window. Artfully decorated with a modern touch, yet cozy enough for warm nights in, this home is a perfect retreat for families and friends to create lasting memories. The large open kitchen and living space allows everyone to gather and enjoy their vacation together. There is plenty of fun to be had with a pool table, hot tub, and fire pit. Welcome to paradise in the mountains!
This stunning 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home will surely become your new favorite retreat in Glenwood Springs. Wake up each morning to expansive views of Mount Sopris and the Roaring Fork River Valley through the large picture windows or breathe in the fresh mountain air from the wrap-around deck. The main level boasts a large open-concept living and dining area with a fully stocked kitchen, two dining tables and a large kitchen island. Settle into the living room with cozy sofas and a large HDTV, or enjoy listening to music from the Sonos speakers or vintage record player in the sitting area. Head to the lower level featuring a large living room with a warm gas stove, sectional sofa and Smart TV. Spend your afternoons in the game room which includes a pool table, game table, wet bar and Smart TV. When you are ready to enjoy the evening sky, head outside to the outdoor living space complete with a propane fire pit, adirondack seating, and 6-person hot tub.
After spending the day enjoying all that Glenwood Springs has to offer, you can retreat to either of the two upstairs king bedrooms, with the master bedroom boasting a sitting area and ensuite bathroom with waterfall shower, or the upstairs guest room with king bed and dedicated workspace to work while you play. Send the kids off to dreamland in the upstairs bunk room with two twin-over-double bunk beds and two twin trundle beds. You can also head to the lower level, where the large living room has two queen sofa beds as well as another cozy guest room with queen bed.

Relax in the incredible Iron Mountain Hot Springs with several hot spring pools of varied temperatures or visit the classic Glenwood Hot Springs or Vapor Caves. Take the gondola to Glenwood Caverns Adventure Park, America’s only mountain-top theme park featuring roller coasters, cave tours, a zip line and more! Come hike on the many trails between Glenwood Springs and Carbondale and see incredible mountain views, or visit Hanging Lake and take in the turquoise water and gorgeous waterfalls. You can raft on the Colorado River or mountain bike on the many trails in the summer and end your day with dinner and drinks in downtown Glenwood Springs with plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. Aspen, Carbondale, Redstone and Marble are all easily accessible from our location. Experience all that this incredible location has to offer!

- During the snowy season (Sept 1-May 1) a 4WD or AWD vehicle is required to get to our home as we have a long, steep driveway.
- Smoking/vaping/marijuana are NOT allowed at our home. This includes no smoking on our decks or our outdoor space due to the fire hazard. Smoking inside the home will incur a fine of $500 to mitigate the smell and provide professional ozone treatment.
- No pets allowed.

Summary: Had friends and family come from out of state to celebrate my partners graduation from nursing school. Views were amazing, house is large and roomy, hot tub and pool table room were great. Easy check in process and location of property is perfect mix of close to town yet far enough away to feel secluded. Would highly recommend.

Summary: It is an absolutely stunning place. We had an amazing vacation. They did such a good job on the remodel. All the plates and dishes and cups and bowls are brand new. Check in was very easy and they were accommodating to some special needs. Would definitely go back!

Summary: Great spot. Very clean. All amenities were good quality. Really good views. Lots of refrigerator space (one in kitchen and one in garage). The master had a futon our 3yo could sleep on in the room with us, which was convenient. I couldn't figure out how to get the Sonos in the living room to play from my phone, but I could get the downstairs one to play. Thats a pretty minor thing though.
