Summary: Went to FL for son’s high school graduation celebration! There were 11 of us, everyone had a bed and plenty of room! The pool was nice, I didn’t pay for the hot tub to be heated cause it’s June but I wish I had. Location is great 18 minutes to everything! Beds were comfy and lots of couch seating!

Summary: House was roomy enough but, very dated throughout. In some cases, needs repairs. The pool was ok and we were glad that we took the pool/spa heating package. Don’t take the gas grill option. It looked like nobody ever cleaned it. We ate out. AC needs work or upgrade. 5 days before we had WiFi. Host was very prompt and helpful. Great location for Disney and other attractions. We felt the price did reflect the deficiencies. All in all, it was adequate for our needs.

Summary: Great property for our group of 8 golfers. Many nice courses and property was central to most of them. Hot tub and private pool were a great way to relax after a round of golf.

Summary: Very nice home with enjoyable pool. Host was great with communication. Check in was very simple. Security at gate was friendly as well as the staff at the club house. Club house has great activities, beach volleyball, mini golf, good play ground for young children, and a tiki bar for adults. Neighborhood is quiet. One improvement for the home would be to update the pool table, their maybe 5 sticks availableBut only one with a usable tip and felt on table needs to be replaced.

Summary: Upon arrival the property was clean and exactly as advertised. The WiFi was ready to go and no issues. We had family visit while traveling and the check in security guard was excellent! I would stay here again.

Summary: This is a beautiful large home with great warm pool, hot tub, lots of space to sit and eat, visit and play games. The home has 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms which was great for our family. The bedrooms were large and comfortable.We ate most meals at the home. The kitchen is large and well stocked with utensils. Everything was clean and there was great communication with the owner. They supplied only one-half roll of paper towels and no extra toilet paper. A strange thing is that there were four brand new rolls of toilet paper in the outside recycle trash can. There was a one-use dishwasher soap and no coffee filters. Plus, there were no garbage bags. Odd because there are instructions to bag all garbage. Really not a big deal. A few quick runs to the grocery store and we were great. We just hope the cleaning crew doesn't throw away the extra dishwasher soap, toilet paper and paper towels we left for the next people who stays there. We highly recommend this vacation rental.
