Stay and enjoy our well appointed, large and comfortable home just 20 minutes from the heart of vibrant Saratoga Springs, including the world famous Saratoga Racetrack. We are close enough to the area attractions and yet far enough to escape. Perfect for getaways with family and friends, or your wellness or corporate retreat.
With a gourmet kitchen (two dishwasher and ovens), sun-filled great room with floor to ceiling windows and a view to Vermont, newly renovated bathrooms and five large comfortable bedrooms, this house has everything you could need for your vacation, on a large property that is all yours to explore.
Situated at Bemis Heights, where the historic events that changed the course of the Revolutionary War took place, we are surrounded by the Saratoga National Historical Park, with a stunning outlook over the Hudson River towards Vermont.
Enjoy the many amenities we have to offer. Bring your boots and explore our walking trails, workout in our gym, take a dip in the pool or hot tub after the sauna, watch a movie in the home theater or peruse our extensive book collection in the wood-paneled library - we have something for everyone.
Our five bedrooms can sleep eleven people, with a twin over full bunk bed in one room. A crib, fold away bed and a pack n play are also available.

Summary: Our family of 10 had a very enjoyable stay here in August 2022. Erica and Matt were very responsive with any issues. The home is large and has very good amenities. The location is good for road biking (nice routes in and around the nearby battlefield). Saratoga Springs is a short drive away. Local farmers markets were very nice.

Summary: The photos of this home don't really do it full justice - it's spectacular. Gorgeous grounds, soaring ceilings, two bedrooms that could count as masters, a beautifully-maintained indoor/outdoor pool - but all of it feels homey and comfortable, not overly fussy. Erica (one of the owners) was responsive and easy to work with, and Matt, the groundskeeper, came through a few times for us in a pinch. Hope to return!

Summary: This house really has it all. Large enough for a family gathering, but lots of quiet spaces to enjoy the beautiful scenery. The indoor/ outdoor pool was a huge hit with the kids (and adults). Owner was extremely responsive. Kids really enjoyed seeing the horses in the morning. Can’t recommend the property enough.

Summary: Quiet, comfortable home - very private. Plenty of space for everyone in our family of three generations to do their own thing. Beautiful setting. Excellent communication from the owner, extremely responsive to questions, as was the on-property caretaker. Biggest hits, the ping pong table, the hot tub, the great room and, strangely enough, the two dishwashers!

Summary: My family, with six adults and four children ranging from 3 to 8 years old, stayed at the property for a week in June 2022. The house was perfect and we couldn't have had a better stay. We had cool weather for part of the week and the partially indoor pool - and indoor hot tub - was perfect for the cooler days. As many people have said, it was better than the pictures and perfect for a big group! The house was in a great location for us to spend time in both Saratoga Springs and Lake George. Summary: We had a lovely time enjoying this beautiful home! There were plenty of things to entertain everyone from the hot tub, ping pong, and gym to the toys and books in the library. Communication with Erica was easy and she was very responsive.

Summary: Beautiful place , and so comfortable that we spent more of the time in the house and walking around. Erica and her husband toke care of as and proactively advised us on everything. And answered our needs without any delay . Perfect place for a family reunion we adults and children, will always have memories for the time we spent here. Perfect place

Summary: The house is very impressive and there was room for everyone. We especially loved the views and privacy, the entertainment room, hot tub, kitchen, pantry, etc. There was plenty of room to spread out for our large family. The host was very gracious and provided a gate to the basement so our toddler wouldn't go falling down the stairs. All in all, a very pleasant stay!
