Summary: Everything was lovely. House was spacious, perfect for hosting a large group. We really enjoyed the pool table and hot tub...we wished we could enjoy the dart board but all the darts were broken unfortunately. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay in Vermont!

Summary: This home is nicely furnished, and has many nice features. The only downside is that it lacks central air. If you are there when the temperature is in the 90’s as we were, it’s not ideal.

Summary: This property was the perfect place for our family members from Pennsylvania, Maine and Arizona to gather to be near our parents who live at Wake Robin. Given the rainy weather during our stay, we spent a lot of time in the house and loved all the community areas for cards, working puzzles, family meals, etc. The multiple bedrooms, fabulous views, and bucolic setting were wonderful! We would definitely stay here again!

Summary: House advertised with air conditioning, the only air conditioning is in the living room and kitchen area. We stayed at the house on a warm May weekend and the upstairs bedrooms (5) were very uncomfortable, thermostats for the heat were reading 80+ degrees, each room had at least one window that was broken and not able to be opened. We alerted the property manager as soon as we arrived and nothing was done for 2.5 days, when someone did come out they confirmed it was hot but nothing could be done.
